Next Art Jam Announcement: Wacky Races Revisited!After a bit of deliberation, I have decided to quit stalling and go ahead with an idea that I will enjoy, and think it would appeal to both sides of my followers (the car and cartoon crowd!)! So, without further ado, next April we will begin Wacky Races Revisited!!
PREMISE:
Wacky Races was a silly Hanna Barbara show (surprise surprise there, of course) that combined kooky characters with crazy car designs! (Here's an example for reference: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3cLSnzN-p0 ) They all raced their souped-up rides, and just about anything was allowed in the races! It was goofy, but it was a fun watch as a kid. Sadly, these were created in 1968, so the racers would be approaching pension age (or are already dead!), which now leads to many open positions for new cartoons to enter! SOME car race needs to challenge NASCAR right now after all!

My feelings on MLP:FiM season 3 finale (SPOILERS)The season 3 finale of MLP:FIM has stirred so much debate, some loved it, some hated it.
The condensed version of the plot is:

Through reading a loud an unfinished scrap of a spell by Starswirl the Bearded that Princess Celestia had sent to Twilight, (in the presence of the Elements of Harmony,) the Elements and her friends' cutie-marks get switched. Rarity is doing Rainbow Dash's job, Rainbow Dash is doing Fluttershy's, Fluttershy is doing Pinkie Pie's, Pinkie is doing Applejack's, and Applejack is doing Rarity's. (And they're doing horribly, but feeling compelled to carry on as their cutie-marks indicate their destiny.)
Twilight, (wonderful perfectionist that she is,) feels responsible for the dejection this mix-up has caused among her friends and the whole village of Ponyville, (leading to that beautiful song I just had to record the other day. <3 )

Brony Documentary - Short Review"Bronies: The Extremely Unexpected Adult Fans of My Little Pony"
I bought a digital copy of the documentary today and I got to say, they should be showing this at my college's cultural studies classes or something because it was really great. I love how they interviewed some bronies/pegasisters, Tara Strong, John De Lancie, Lauren Fraust, and some big names in the brony fandom. Some of it was a bit much, but most of it was rather very interesting. I would understand how people would feel coming from the Appalachians, like how they feel and all about their hobby about watching the show. However, I do also love the message and the general idea of, yes, children do need to learn the values of the show. The bronies are people who KEEP those values alive throughout their adulthood. That was the message I loved the most of the whole doc.

Outfit Design Contest!! CLOSING SOONFINAL UPDATE!!: OK GUYS!! The cut off is midnight tonight!! Come on, there are only 4 submissions!! HURRY AND GET EVERYTHING IN. I may make exceptions (since I'm posting this late sobsob band concert my bad) for handing them in TOMORROW. But that's IT.
Update 1.8: EMERGENCY!!! Alriht you guys. My parents are ggtting rid if he internet tomorrow. Yyyyyup. It's expensive, and we're barely getting anything for it. $50 a month gets us 4gigs, and I usually use 75% of it within the first few days. So....yeah. PLEASE TURN IN YOUR SUBMISSIONS ASAP. I'll be able to post a winner within the next week or so once all submissions are in. PLEASE GET THEM IN. My boyfriend will probably let me use his laptop for a bit, but I'm not 100% sure. Wreck-It-Ralph - A MUST-SEE!No spoilers here, but I will say this:
It takes a lot for me to cry, but this movie tugged my heartstrings a bit and I actually teared up a bit. Wow.
The movie was amazing. It was overall well played with various jokes along the film. The animation was good for a CGI movie. They had a sort of stop-animation thing going on with the little people from the game Fix-It-Felix which made there movements more retro game-like.
That one person from Glee (can't think of her name) fits Sergeant Calhoun perfectly. She should voice some hardcore games such as Hal and Call of Duty. Felix's design kinda reminds me of the seven dwarfs from Snow White. Just give him facial hair and there you'd have it.
Speaking of "duty", Vanellope von Schweetz is my favorite character in the whole movie. She is adorable. I sat with my bf squeeing like a little girl almost every time she talked. She's just that awesome. Sarah Silverman did a fantastic job with voicing her and giving her that energetic personalit

LEGO convention in Cincinnati,OHPretty much I went to a LEGO kids fest for my brother because he just died of overwhelming joy. It's not too much exciting for me as it was for him, but hey it made him happy and that's what mattered lol. I took pictures of some displays of which i'll be uploading soon.
My mastered version of my recent freestyle "Somebody that I Used to Know" has received 153 views , 12 likes and 2 dislikes in one week. To me, that's very shocking. I didn't expect that many views and likes. It made my ears perk up a bit tho lol.
